Family Mediation Fees
All Mediation fees are shared equally between the parties

Individual Mediation sessions are $250/hour per person payable at their respective session. Joint Mediation sessions are $300/hour shared between the parties and are payable at the joint session. Mediation Reports or Memorandum of Understandings are billed at a cost of $250/ hour shared between the parties. **** The average increment of time required for the Parenting plan MOA and/or a Financial MOA is 2 hours each. **** All inclusive packages are also available from $2000- $3000 per person.
